New York, NY (For immediate release)-Global
Change Associates, a leading edge energy and environmental consultancy,
has been on an expansion drive this past summer. Besides establishing
a Philadelphia office and hiring business development professional
Virginia Hart to lead the marketing and sales effort, GCA has established
a Houston office with new Principal, Stephen Traicoff to lead the
effort in the US energy capital. Steve was formerly with Enron and
Lyondell Petrochemical and is an expert in structured finance and
evaluating new technologies.
Another new Principal to join the firm is Dr. Antoine Eustache. Dr. Eustache is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and a published author. Antoine was the renown Global Index editor at Dow Jones, developing the first electricity trading indexes in the US and Europe.
Mr. Traicoff and Dr. Eustache will head up several new
product offerings by GCA. Environmental Financial
Indexes - Quantities Analysis for Gas and Power - Mark-to-Market Portfolio
Audits - Evaluation of Environmental Credits for Project Finance.
Also established this summer is GCA's new training division,
"Energy and Environment College". Focused on energy
markets and environmental risk management, the first course offered
on 9/24 "Status of Energy Markets Post Enron" is
presented by founding Principal, Mr. Peter Fusaro who has long been
recognized as one of the country's most forward thinking experts on
energy markets. His recent book "What Went Wrong at Enron"
is #8 on the NY Times best seller list and available on the first
energy trading bookstore website (www.energymediagroup.com).
Launched this summer by GCA, the bookstore stocks many energy trading
books, reports and CD roms.
